Course Overview
This course is evenly divided between DSDM Atern theory and the practical application of its techniques.  Delegates will receive a DSDM Pocketbook.  They can elect to take the DSDM Atern Foundation exam (accredited by APMG) at the end of the third day.  (Additional cost for exam £110.00+vat if taken)

Course Objectives
To give delegated a practical understanding of DSDM Atern that should enable them to become immediately productive in an agile project environment.  To prepare delegates for the DSDM Foundation exam.

Who will the course benefit?
Team members who are involved in a DSDM Atern project.  Typical roles would include Project Manager/Team Leader, Business Analyst, Solution Developer and Solution Tester/Quality Reviewer.  It would also be of benefit to stakeholders who would be part of a DSDM Atern Development team.
