DSDM Atern Practitioner

Overview

Atern is the latest evolution of the DSDM method that has been in widespread use since its release in 1994. Owned and supported by the DSDM Consortium and free to use, Atern addresses the requirements of both Project Management and Solution Delivery. The DSDM consortium (www.dsdm.org) continues to operate a Certification and Accreditation system for individuals and organisations that is widely recognised across industry groups, including the British Computer Society. Originally an approach for Rapid Application Development of IT systems, with Atern, DSDM has evolved into an industrial strength Agile method, which may be equally applied to IT or Business Projects.
