- Workstation Set-up and Safety
- Risk assess the workstation and associated equipment
- Correct arrangement of the screen, keyboard, mouse and work environment
- Correct set-up of laptop and desktop computers
- Health issues
- The importance of breaks
- Eyesight testing
- Ergonomics and set-up
- Practical Exercise

Suitable For:
This course is designed for those who work with or manage staff who use display screen equipment (DSE) and ensures that both the employer and the employee understand their obligations under the Regulations.

Objectives:
By the end of the course delegates will be able to:
- Understand the legal requirements for display screen equipment
- Assess and correctly set up the workstation and associated equipment
- Describe methods to reduce health issues and other postural injuries
- Reduce fatigue and increase efficiency when working with workstations
- Identify and assess DSE hazards at work
