Summary:
This two-day course is aimed primarily at those who are tasked with managing an incident, whether at a Strategic or Tactical level or those who have to train or exercise others in these roles. It gives practical experience and theoretical guidance for dealing with a variety of incidents.

Who makes up the incident management team?

How are crisis communications managed?
How do you train and exercise the team?

Simon Langdon MBCI

Simon Langdon is an acknowledged authority on incident and crisis management and was awarded the Business Continuity Consultant of the Year in 2005. Simon has operational experience of responding to major incidents and crisis, including terrorism, in UK and internationally. Over the past two years Simon has conducted over twenty crisis management exercises across a wide range of business sectors. Simon currently sits on a BSI working group considering the development of a crisis management standard.
