Can there be a positive side to conflict - or is it to be avoided at all cost? Do you relish it or run from it?

Indicative Content:
- Adding value through effective and productive working relationships
- Determining and communicating standards and beneficial ways of working
- The power of perception and its impact upon relationships
- Strategies and techniques for handling conflict
- Influencing individuals to behave in a positive way
- Action planning to improve your handling of conflict

The course will be highly participative. Please come along prepared to contribute and to share views and ideas.

The half day course will start at 8:30 with coffee and croissants. The course will run between 9:00 - 12:00.
