This course is designed for individuals who are involved with any type of building or construction works, whether directly performing the work or managing / overseeing working operations.

Objectives:
By the end of the course delegates will be able to:
- Understand the key pieces of legislation governing the construction, design and management of building / construction operations
- Clearly understand the duties assigned to the key roles, as detailed in the existing legislation
- Create an awareness and understanding of the required documentation, who should prepare it and when
- Understand the importance of the managing of activities, utilising pre-appointing questionnaires, risk assessments, method statements and permits to work
