A two-week programme comprised of two 5-day courses in consecutive weeks.

This programme is made up of the following two 5-day courses:
"Contract Cost and Price Analysis - A Realistic Approach for Buyers and Sellers"
and
"Strategic Contract Management - up to award".

This course is designed for staff in the procurement and contracting functions and for staff from suppliers and line departments such as engineering and operations. It is suitable for newcomers to contract management as well as for experienced staff who are involved in setting up the contracts.
