Knowledge
By the end of the course delegates will be able to:

Be able to demonstrate an understanding of the duty holders legal responsibilities
Show an understanding and awareness of the principal changes and reasons, the new approach to be adopted and the regulations, with respect to content and its implementation
Evaluate the competency of the persons that have been appointed and the company's liabilities relating to them
Understand the necessity for resource and the availability of information, to aid compliance with statutory duties
