She has over twelve years’ experience of contentious and non-contentious legal work in the employment field. She was Head of the Legal Department at The Race Equality Centre and now practises in her own firm. Penny`s unique combination of experience in legal work and HR enables her to demonstrate the application of employment law in a practical HR context. Key areas of expertise: employment law employee relations, discipline and dismissal Discrimination, contracts of employment, TUPE, Employment tribunals.
