Communication Tactics with Deaf and Deafblind People
Communication Tactics with Deaf and Deafblind People.

About the Course:
In the course of their daily lives, deaf and hard of hearing people are meeting service providers who are unaware of basic tactics for communicating with them, leading to frustration and distress of both sides. The situation can be improved by developing knowledge and skills in the use of simple communication tactics, covered in this one day course.
