Who Should Attend?
This course is designed to increase awareness of the importance of this long term approach to developing individuals within a team. The course is ideal for managers, team leaders and supervisors.

Course Content
The emphasis of this course is on a two way process of interaction, exercises, debate and role play. All delegates will have the opportunity to practise real life coaching scenarios and receive valuable feedback.

Duration
The duration of the course is 1 day. We usually aim to start the course at 9.00am and therefore taking into account time for refreshment and lunch breaks, the course usually finishes around 4.30pm. Please note that there will be preparation work prior to the course. The course will be a mix of practical exercises, and work based teaching.

Venue
Courses may be held at your premises. We appreciate that it is sometimes difficult to release staff on training courses, therefore we offer the flexibility to hold the course either on two consecutive days or one day a week spread over two weeks. We occasionally run public courses at centralised locations.

Assessment
Candidates are assessed on a practical exercise demonstrating coaching skills which they are required to deliver to other members of the group. An OHP, acetates and flipchart paper are provided, however should you wish to use PowerPoint, and you will need to supply your own equipment. Also, bring along any props you may need for the session.
