Overview:
Success in today's organisation is closely geared to the ability to communicate. Many good ideas are lost because the writer failed to match the quality of the content with quality in their language and basic presentation. This course provides a framework to assist written communication and can be applied to all situations. The written word needs clarity and the use of good english.
We write to express, not to impress. The course is highly practical to give delegates the opportunity to apply all the techniques covered.
Course Objectives:
To enable delegates to understand how easy it is to be unclear and then work on their own style to improve both the content and the layout.

- Elementary Grammar rules that impact on
- business language.
- Use of words, structure of sentences,
- paragraphs and sections.
- Writing style, creative writing.
- Developing style, irritators, jargon, accurate
- use of language.
- Practical session
Learners will have opportunities to gain feedback on samples of written material that they bring with them. Learners will apply the techniques that are covered, working either individually or in syndicate groups.Trainers and other learners will provide feedback on work generated during the course.
