Overview
This courses gives an overview of the CDM 2007 Regulations. It is aimed at managers, foremen or supervisors who have regular contact with workers on site. The session targets the roles and duties of contractors and the self-employed on all construction projects. the additionalduties on contractors for notifiable projects are also covered in detail.

Legal Compliance
- Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2007
- Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations
- Health and Safety (Consultaion with Employees) Regulations
- Reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurences Regulations

Competence
The course will provide attendees with information and guidance to discharge the duties of the CDM Regulations as placed on contractors.
