Objectives
A happy, efficient team is a productive and innovative one. When communication, collaboration and creativity are given room to breathe, the effects can be positive for both workplace behaviour and business goals. This course will enable Managers or Supervisors to understand how to get the best from their teams, leading by example and by utilising the skills and abilities of all members of the Team.

Course duration is ½ day.

Who Should Attend
All staff who have responsibility for a team or group of people within an organisation.

Course Content
This is a short course on how to manage and lead a team more effectively using new skills and techniques. The session will be interactive and enjoyable using a number of team building exercises and case studies.

Outcomes
Delegates will be able to help their team members understand why team success leads to individual success. It will significantly increase their ability to work in a collaborative and cooperative fashion and understand how to use each member’s differences for maximum effectiveness. Delegates will benefit from an increase in open communication and a decrease in interpersonal conflict.
