BSC Level 2 – Fire Risk Assessment

This one day British Safety Council course was developed to meet the needs of line managers, supervisors, team leaders, heads of department and junior managers. The course will give participants a practical understanding of Fire risk assessments. Under the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005, it is no longer the Fire Service's duty to make sure the workplace is safe. That duty lies with "the responsible person" and they will be held accountable under the new legislation. This course provides formal recognition of an individual's ability to undertake a fire risk assessment in line with the HSE's guidance.
