Course Description
Interviewing top management can be a daunting experience. This programme will enable the auditor to have an effective interview with top managers whether that be as part of creating the overall audit programme or as an auditee during an audit of management responsibilities.
Who is it for?
This course is ideal for Lead Auditors, Quality Managers and Management Representatives who have to discuss the audit programme with Senior Managers – and all staff who have the responsibility for interviewing top management as part of the audit programme.

This learning module will help you:
- Plan and prepare for the audit planning session with senior managers
- Manage the interview effectively
- Use the output of the interview to contribute towards the planning of a comprehensive audit programme
- Appreciate the critical business issues so that the feedback and review of the audit activity provides valuable information
- Decide what questions to ask when interviewing senior managers as part of the audit

At the end of this module you will be able to:
- Plan an effective meeting with senior managers
- Use the right language (the language of the senior managers)
- Use the PDCA cycle effectively in a business and auditing context
- Focusing the audits on core business processes, business objectives and risks
- Audit senior managers effectively
- Enable your audits to provide valuable information for senior managers
- Understand how to raise the perception of audits within the business
Fee:
Available on line for £145 +VAT. This provides access for 12 months; alternatively ask about a licence for use on your own networks where it can be accessed by all your auditors for internal training.
