Course Description
An interactive, engaging eLearning module for auditors, at all levels, that should take no longer than 30 minutes to complete and includes interactive exercises to reinforce the learning.

Who is it for?
Auditors who have received some training and would like to refresh their approach in order to gain more from their auditing activities and provide value adding feedback to management.

Course Structure
- The use of the PDCA cycle in establishing a question set
- Review the Auditors 7 friends (who, what, why, where, when, how and show me)
- Understanding the auditors question filter and question types
- Applying the 7 friends to a “process audit” to gain valuable information
- Review and reflect exercises

Fee:
Available on line for £145 +VAT. This provides access for 12 months.
