Introduces practical techniques to increase confidence in difficult situations, and for developing interpersonal and communication skills. Practical exercises are used to recognise aggressive/submissive/passive/assertive behaviours. Delegates practise how to deliver their message & gain rapport with different work groups. The importance of active listening - and focusing on agreeing practical solutions - are also highlighted.
