This sales training course is designed for sales people and sales managers who are responsible for major accounts or individuals who would benefit from developing the training they received from our introduction to selling course.
Delegates are trained to understand how behaviour impacts on the way people buy and to establish methods of identifying and understanding these customer trends and converting them into sales opportunities.

The course is split into two parts. The first part of the course teaches the delegates to understand how to gain needs from the customer through asking open and killer questions.
The delegates will learn how to deliver Features, Advantages and Benefits that will set your products or service apart from its competitors.
The second part of the course will cover our tried and tested simple steps to closing module. This will dramatically increase the value your customers see in your products and services whilst maximising your profits through advanced negotiation and objection handling.
This module will teach delegates how to clarify and overcome objections whilst negotiating on value and not just on price.
The summary and conclusion of the day puts all of the skills into a workable sales process that can be followed on an ongoing basis in order to consistently improve your results.
