Advanced Corporate Social Responsibility
How to incorporate and implement CSR in your operations.
Duration:
A 5-day course
About the Course:
This course introduces delegates to frameworks and ideas central to corporate social responsibility (CSR). We work together as a group to uncover how these concepts and theories affect organisation of different types. Our perspective on CSR takes account of economic, social and environmental impacts, and outlines ways to address the key sustainable development challenges based on organisational core competencies wherever they operate – locally, regionally and internationally. Critically, we identify tangible, measurable ways to define and evaluate CSR. Based on what we discover, we introduce practical ways of employing them within your organisation, and in doing so we find real ways to unlock value for a wide range of key stakeholders.
