About this DreamWeaver course
DreamWeaver CS5 Getting Started is an ideal follow on to the Intro to HTML and Intro to CSS courses and is ideally suited to those who want to use this great package more efficiently. Whether you are looking to create websites, intranets, email newsletters or other types of content, DreamWeaver offers a fast efficient way of doing so, and knowing how to use it is the key.

This course combines 2 days of classroom based training with access to our learning management system containing online video tutorials, samples files, exercises, support forums and more.

The Instructors
Our DreamWeaver course instructors all have years of experience working with DreamWeaver and have all attained Adobe Certified Expert and Adobe Certified Instructor status. In addition to working closely with Adobe on beta programs for upcoming versions, they have also written a number of books on DreamWeaver which are published by Friends of Ed.

The Audience
If you want to learn to use DreamWeaver CS5 but have no past experience then your in the right place. The DreamWeaver CS5 Getting Started is targeted at those who are completely new to DreamWeaver. If on the other hand you already have a good knowledge of DreamWeaver, why not consider our Advanced DreamWeaver training course.

For those who aren't sure what level to consider you could always try our DreamWeaver Skills Test. This free DreamWeaver test will give you an idea of your strength or weakness in using DreamWeaver and make it easier to decide what level course to look at.

Prerequisites
You should be comfortable using a computer to perform functions such as copy and paste, and opening applications and files. You should also be comfortable using the internet, for example for browsing and interacting with websites. A basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is also useful as it helps put the course in context, and if you don't have this we suggest you consider our Intro to HTML and Intro to CSS courses first.
