Acronis Certified Engineer (ACE)

Overview
When attending the certification training and passing the test you gain broad knowledge and background information about the usage of Acronis Products and the technologies. You will learn how to deal with Acronis Imaging technologies using Acronis Backup & Recovery 10, learn about different backup and recovery strategies and the migration from p2v or v2p. You will also learn how Acronis makes it possible to create online, valid images of the system, which can be used for bare metal restore, and how these images can be restored on to different hardware in a very short amount of time. During the training, all the topics can be tested hands-on, on a local machine.

Target audience:
System integrators, Administrators, Technical Staff (Consultants or Sales), System engineers, Support Staff.

Methods:
The course uses presentation, demonstration and hands on exercises

Prerequisites
Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows OS and (optional) Linux OS, basic knowledge about Networking, Computer Hardware and Databases.

Certification exam at the end
On completion of the training (day 2), there is an online exam. This includes 43 questions and will take no longer than 90 minutes. Upon passing the exam you will receive NFR (not for resale) software of the ABR10 product for your own usage or demonstration purposes (worth £3,500).
