Accidents can involve expensive litigation and the threat of criminal proceedings. It is therefore important to establish correct methods of investigation. This course will assist managers in assessing the causes of accidents, how to effectively investigate them and the common preventative measures. Delegates will have an understanding of the basic accident investigation process and will be able to take the initiative in finding out what went wrong, why and how to make sure it does not happen again.
