The 1 day CISRS Skills Assessment (Scaffolder) is for candidates who have already successfully completed their CISRS Part 1 and 2 courses and gained the minimum 6 months scaffold experience since completion of their Part 2 and completion of the NVQ Level 2.
Course Aims:
The 1 day CISRS Skills Assessment is designed to assess that the candidate can demonstrate the skills learnt during the CISRS Scaffolding Part 1 and 2 courses, i.e. safely erect, alter and dismantle scaffolding in line with the objectives approved by CISRS.
Course Contents:
Erection and dismantle of 2 of the aforementioned scaffold structures for assessment purposes
2 of the 3 scaffold types listed below will be chosen by the assessor for the candidate to erect during the CISRS 1 day skills test:
- Roof Saddle - Pavement Gantry - Truss Out
Pre-requisites:
Candidates must have successfully completed a CISRS Scaffolding Part 1 and 2 course and NVQ Qualification and be able to provide evidence of this in the form of certificates. Candidates must have the minimum 6 months further scaffold experience before attending their CISRS 1 day skills test.

To be eligible to apply for this card, candidates must successfully complete the following elements of training:
